Bill, a former Aerospace Engineer, brings over 20 years of experience in both private practice and hospital outpatient settings. He is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health goals, offering the support and guidance needed to lead healthier, more meaningful lives.

Passionate about promoting acupuncture, Bill has served on various boards to help integrate acupuncture into mainstream healthcare at both state and federal levels. He was an adjunct professor at Georgetown School of Medicine and core faculty at Virginia University of Integrative Medicine. Bill served on the Board of Directors of the Integrative Health Policy Consortium and volunteers as a peer reviewer for four national medical journals.

Vital Point Acupuncture is conveniently located in the heart of Annandale, VA and offers evidence-based compassionate care. Nestled within a beautifully landscaped professional park, the clinic offers ample free parking and accessible handicapped parking. The space spans 1,300 square feet of recently renovated clinic space, featuring a private bathroom and a clean, welcoming environment—free from harsh fluorescent lights and carpet that can harbor bacteria.
